Unique Builders now Energy Star Builder at Crayton Hall Townhomes

Unique Builders is pleased to announce that it is the new exclusive builder for Crayton Hall Townhomes in Anderson. Unique Builders currently has two townhomes under construction with an anticipated completion date of July 2011. Unique Builders owns the remaining 32 lots at Crayton Hall. Clients may choose from 2 and 3 bedroom models. All floor plans are single story, and include one or two-car garages.

All new townhomes in Crayton Hall will be Energy Star rated. This rating represents lower energy usage and reduced monthly costs for home owners. Unique Builders has always paid extra attention to insulation, caulking, and high quality exterior doors and windows. For a few modifications to Unique Builders’ already high standards, these homes will receive an Energy Star certification from an independent inspector. In addition, each home qualifies for rebates and rate discounts from the electricity and natural gas providers.
